ADAPTATION

SS26, titled “Adaptation” explores the power of souls to survive in extreme environments. Inspired by primordial organisms and the mutated lifeforms of a polluted world, the collection envisions beings transformed by environmental contamination, particularly petroleum. Garments reflect this survivalist evolution: sculpted, protective forms crafted from denim, knitwear, metal, and recycled plastics evoke lifeforms adapted to toxic habitats. The palette is deliberately somber: deep blacks, greys, and muted tones,reflecting the gravity of
environmental collapse. Through “Adaptation” the collection communicates a stark, cautionary narrative: life endures, but the impact of human negligence is undeniable.
